The PIEPS JETFORCE BT is a high-performance avalanche backpack and can be released several times in a row thanks to the rechargeable battery. Bluetooth support in conjunction with the PIEPS APP enables easy maintenance of the electronics and also simplifies device management. The modular Zip-On system offers flexible application possibilities, as different boosters(10, 25, 35 l) can be zipped onto the base unit.

The integrated PIEPS electronics perform functional tests of the systemat each commissioning, as well as during operation. The compact lithium-ion battery supports 4 or more airbag deployments per charge and is also suitable for air travel. The airbag is automatically deflated after 3 minutes. In the event of a burial, this reduces the snow pressure on the buried person and can create a breathing cavity . Since the electronic system requires neither a gas cartridge nor the replacement of a trigger unit, the PIEPS JETFORCE BT can also be triggered for practice without additional costs .

AN INFLATED AVALANCHE AIRBAG INCREASES THE CHANCE OF SURVIVAL.
AN AVALANCHE AIRBAG MINIMIZES THE CRITICAL RISK OF BURIAL:
170 liters: The Jetforce creates a breathing cavity this large after the automatic airbag deflation. In case of a critical burial, an existing breathing cavity increases the probability of survival:
- with a respiratory cavity 1.5 – 2 hours
- without a respiratory cavity 15 – 35 minutes
