Here too, it\u2019s good to select the level of insulation according to your personal sensitivity and prevailing conditions. If using your cell phone for navigation, it\u2019s a good idea to pack a little power bank and charging cable <\/strong>as well, so you always have enough power to make calls. Some people prefer not to eat if it\u2019s a day tour, but others like to have plenty of food \u2013 so it\u2019s up to you how much you take. The main thing is that it needs to taste good and not be too challenging on the digestive system.
